The bus journey here was just beautiful with views of mountains and lakes. Our driver looked like he had just stepped off ‘The Love Boat’ and enjoyed chatting up the woman who constantly seemed to be getting on and off the bus. He was quite distracted and even counted the tickets as we where approaching a dangerous bend. (See photo above!)
Mental note: Do not sit in the front seat where you can see what the driver is doing!!!!
We are spending the next three nights in El Bolson which seems to be the hippy, beer and ice- cream capital of Argentina. The artist market was on today and the highlight for us of course was the food and beer! There is a casino here which we are considering hitting tonight. ( Just for you Dann!) Our cabin is one star, which Nick believes represents the number of times the floor has been introduced to a mop in the lifetime of the cabin!!!
